29:31 the Sephora brush~ all my older real techniques brushes have gone like that. It’s so annoying cos there’s nothing wrong with the brush head but the handles are gross. I’ve tried washing them but makes no difference

Obsessed, would never use it, would keep out on display forever.

For anyone who is wondering, I am fairly confident this company is cruelty-free, which it claims. I just spent a good amount of time with a customer service representative (and probably annoyed them with my multitude of questions), and they were adamant that the company does not conduct testing, nor do their suppliers or third parties. The only thing that makes me wary is that they *do* sell to mainland China, but laws there have changed and testing is no longer required on products that don't make a new treatment or medical claim.
